  A former stable owner and horseback riding instructor facing rape and other charges has been ordered back to jail pending trial for allegedly violating terms of his bail.  A judge sent 33-year-old Joseph Silva back to jail without bail for 60 days Thursday after police said he had been in contact with one of his ex-students and alleged victim.
