CORVALLIS – So far this winter folks have lit fire to the corrals, blasted signs with buckshot, dumped animal carcasses and scattered old cars and wash machines all over the place.

At the first hint of spring weather, folks start to look for a place to take a stroll or maybe enjoy a horseback ride. Around Hamilton, some head to the Calf Creek Wildlife Management Area.
